Websites for dentists, written inside the dental code

On 14 October 2026 the National Dental Commission cautioned dentists against testimonials, before and after photographs and recorded procedures on social media, citing the Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations. Most dental websites in India are built around exactly those things. Ours are not. We build dental sites that explain treatment clearly instead, and two of them are live.

What a patient is checking on a dentist’s site

  1. What a treatment actually is: implant, root canal, crown, aligners, in words they understand
  2. Roughly what it will cost, and whether the estimate comes before treatment
  3. Who the dentists are, with qualifications and dental council registration
  4. Which branch is nearer, and whether it is open now

Answer those on the first screen and the site has done its job. Everything else is supporting detail.

What we build into a dentist’s site

  • One page per treatment, in plain words, approved line by line by the dentist
  • A tooth chart that shows which teeth a treatment is for, so the patient understands before reading
  • A visit timeline with the cost estimate marked as the step before treatment
  • Dentists listed with qualifications and state dental council registration exactly as each one gives them
  • An open-now line and WhatsApp and call buttons with a message already written for that treatment
  • No treatment durations promised, because they vary from patient to patient

The rules that bite in your speciality

Before and after photographs and testimonials are out.

The National Dental Commission's advisory of 14 October 2026 names patient testimonials, before and after photographs, misleading claims, recorded procedures and oversized signboards, and warns of action up to removal from the register. Source ↗

Dentists answer to the dental code, not the medical one.

Your rules come from the Revised Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations 2014, chapter VI on unethical acts. We write to that code. Source ↗

Explain the treatment, do not sell the result.

A diagram of an implant teaches. A smiling after-photograph promises. The first is safe, the second is what the advisory targets.

Every page we build shows each doctor’s name, qualifications and registration number, as the NMC’s guidelines of 6 October 2026 require. Every clinical line is reviewed by a practising consultant and approved by you before it goes live. And we are paid a fixed fee, never per lead or per patient, which those guidelines also forbid. Read our free guide to marketing a practice inside the code.

Questions dentists ask us

Can a dental clinic website show before and after photographs?

We advise against it. The National Dental Commission's advisory of 14 October 2026 names before and after photographs among the practices that can lead to disciplinary action. We use diagrams and a tooth chart to explain treatment instead.

Can we show treatment prices?

Yes, and patients value it. We set out fees plainly and make the cost estimate a clear step before treatment begins, which is the honest way to show price.

Do you build for dental labs as well as clinics?

Yes. We built a dental prosthetic lab its brand, website, digital case submission with a tooth chart, case tracking for dentists and automatic warranty cards.

Our clinic has two branches. Can one site handle both?

Yes. The dental hospital we built has two branches, structured data for each, timings for each, and an open-now line that reads the time in Hyderabad.
