Choose the work on a sample case and move it through the lab. When it is marked delivered, the warranty card is issued with a number and a term worked out from the type of work. Repairs get no card. The lab, the terms and the patient are samples.

The problem it fixes
A lab's phone rings all day with the same question: where is my case? Cases arrive as WhatsApp photos, paper slips and voice notes, so details go missing. And the warranty card, the one thing a patient keeps, is a paper slip that is often never filled in.
What it does
- An online case form with a tooth chart and photos from the dentist's phone, plus a printable case sheet for clinics that still prefer paper
- A case number for every case, and a tracking page a clinic opens with that number, with no login
- A lab board for the team: every case, its stage, and what is due next
- When a case is marked delivered, the warranty card is issued by the system, with its term worked out from the type of work. Repairs and temporaries get none
- The card opens on the patient's phone, can be sent on WhatsApp, and prints at true card size, front and back
- Card numbers cannot be guessed, and the card page is kept out of Google
How it runs day to day
The lab team works from one board and moves cases along as they go. Clinics stop calling, because they can see the stage for themselves. Nobody issues warranty cards by hand any more. The lab only decides, once, what each type of work is covered for.
