Websites for diabetologists, from a studio led by one

Our studio is led by a practising Diabetologist and Bariatric Physician, and the diabetes and obesity pages we sell are the ones running in his own clinic first. That matters in this speciality more than most, because the treatments patients want to read about are the ones the law limits what a clinic can say.

What a patient is checking on a diabetologist’s site

  1. Whether you treat their kind of diabetes: type 1 in a child, type 2, diabetes in pregnancy, prediabetes
  2. What a first visit and the follow-up schedule look like, and what tests to bring
  3. Whether you offer things like continuous glucose monitoring or insulin pumps
  4. Fees and timings, and whether family members can come

Answer those on the first screen and the site has done its job. Everything else is supporting detail.

What we build into a diabetologist’s site

  • Service pages for what patients search by name: CGM, insulin pumps, foot checks, diabetes in pregnancy
  • Free patient tools: risk scores, a report reader that fills values from a lab report on the patient's own phone
  • A single focused page for a decision like an insulin pump for a child, with cost before the booking button
  • A follow-up rhythm patients can understand: what is checked every three months, every year
  • Doctor titles exactly as stated: a diabetologist is never upgraded to an endocrinologist
  • Obesity care, if you offer it, written without naming a single prescription drug

The rules that bite in your speciality

Do not advertise a cure for diabetes or obesity.

The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954 bars advertisements for drugs claiming to treat the diseases in its schedule. Remission programmes and new medicines need careful wording, and drug names stay off public pages. Source ↗

Your title, exactly as you hold it.

We never turn a diabetologist into an endocrinologist, or add a speciality the council has not recognised. It is the doctor who answers for it.

Remission is not a promise.

A page can explain what remission means and who it is realistic for. It cannot promise it.

Every page we build shows each doctor’s name, qualifications and registration number, as the NMC’s guidelines of 6 October 2026 require. Every clinical line is reviewed by a practising consultant and approved by you before it goes live. And we are paid a fixed fee, never per lead or per patient, which those guidelines also forbid. Questions diabetologists ask us

Can a diabetes clinic website mention new weight loss or diabetes medicines?

Not by name in a way that advertises them to the public. We explain categories of treatment, what the assessment involves and what to ask the doctor, and leave prescribing where it belongs, in the consulting room. Our own 27 page obesity section is built that way.

Can patients use tools on the site without booking?

Yes. Risk scores, staging and a lab report reader work on the patient's own phone, without uploading anything. They bring in people who were not looking for a clinic yet.

We start insulin pumps for children. Should that be a separate page?

Often yes. We built a single page on its own domain for one decision, an insulin pump for a child, so it can be shared in a parents' WhatsApp group without anyone hunting through a clinic site.

Who writes the clinical content?

We draft it and a practising Diabetologist and Bariatric Physician reviews every clinical claim. You approve every line before anything goes live.
