The problem it fixes
Patient support programmes are good for patients and hard on the clinic. Bills, ID copies and prescriptions arrive as WhatsApp photos. One is always missing or unreadable. The distributor asks for them again, the patient calls to ask where the pack is, and nobody can say who is holding the request.
What it does
- The patient gets a link and fills in a short form on the phone, with the documents the programme asks for
- The clinic desk checks each request, then verifies it or sends it back saying exactly what to fix
- The distributor has its own login and sees only the requests the clinic has sent to it
- Every step is time-stamped, and the patient sees the status without calling
- The programme's rules are built in: which strengths qualify, how many times a patient can claim, and the date the offer ends, after which it disappears from the site by itself
- Documents are kept in private storage that only the clinic and the distributor can open
How it runs day to day
The clinic desk opens one screen with every request and its stage. The distributor's passcode is set from that screen, and can be changed or withdrawn there. The patient page is public, so the link can go on a poster, a prescription or a WhatsApp message.
