The problem it fixes

A doctor's phone number, designation and languages sit in a dozen places: Google, Practo, the clinic website, Facebook, the EMR, hospital directories. One changes, and the rest quietly go wrong. Patients call dead numbers and turn up at the wrong branch.

The honest problem underneath is time. Most doctors find it hard to keep even their own website current. Any plan that depends on someone remembering to update ten sites will fail.

What it does

• One master record per doctor: name, designation, qualifications, council registration, address, phone, website and languages
• A register of more than 40 platforms, each with its own character limits, so the text always fits
• Where a platform allows it, the change is sent by itself
• Everywhere else, the text is ready to paste and the listing is flagged as out of date until someone marks it done
• Listings you have decided to close are marked for closing, not forgotten
• Our advice is built into how it is set up: put only details that rarely change on directories, keep fees, timings and camp dates on your own website, and point every directory there. Fewer listings, kept right

How it runs day to day

Most weeks, nothing. When a detail changes, the doctor or the desk changes it once in the master record. The screen then shows exactly which listings are behind, and how many are left to do.
