The brief
Most diagnostic centre websites are a price list as a picture. Somebody searching for a specific test, say a thyroid profile or a vitamin D level, finds nothing, because the test is not a page. It is a row in an image that Google cannot read.
The lab is open around the clock and does home collection. Neither fact is worth much if the person searching at eleven at night cannot find the test they were told to get.
What we built
- A page for every test and every package, with price, preparation, sample and turnaround written out
- A searchable menu, so somebody who knows the test name gets to it in one step
- Online booking and payment
- Home collection slots, with the request reaching the phlebotomist rather than an inbox
- Reports delivered to WhatsApp
Why a page per test matters
People search for tests by name, not for laboratories by name. A page per test is the difference between being found by somebody holding a prescription and being found only by somebody who already knows you. It also answers the question that makes people ring: do I need to fast, and when will I get the report.
How it runs now
Prices are on the page, so the front desk is not quoting over the phone. Preparation is on the page, so fewer samples are wasted. The home collection request lands where it can be acted on. The site does the work the desk used to do twice.
Run a lab or a scan centre?
This is the build that gets you found by test name. A person replies by email within one working day.
